良辰吉日 用户协议（Terms of Service）

欢迎使用良辰吉日（以下简称“本应用”）。本协议是您与本应用开发者之间就使用本应用所订立的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本协议的全部条款。若您不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. 服务说明

本应用提供黄历宜忌、节气时辰、好日子推算、占卜与抽签、八字/合婚核算，以及基于人工智能的解读等功能。部分高级功能（如 AI 解读不限次、合婚/择日 AI 详批）需开通会员订阅后使用。

2. 重要免责声明（请务必阅读）

  • 文化娱乐与参考用途：本应用中的黄历、宜忌、占卜、抽签、八字、命理、择日等内容，源自中国传统民俗文化，仅供文化娱乐与参考，不代表任何科学结论或事实预测。
  • 不构成专业建议：上述内容及 AI 解读不构成医疗、健康、法律、财务、投资、婚姻或任何其他专业意见。涉及重大决策时，请咨询相应领域的持牌专业人士。
  • 决策自负：您基于本应用内容所作出的任何决定与行为，由您自行承担相应后果，本应用不对此负责。

3. 关于 AI 解读

  • AI 解读由第三方大语言模型生成，可能包含不准确、不完整或不恰当的内容，仅供参考。
  • 请勿在提问中输入真实姓名、证件号码、住址、银行卡号等敏感个人信息（详见隐私政策）。

4. 订阅与计费

  • 订阅档位：连续包月、连续包年（具体价格以 App Store 内显示为准；当前为 ¥12/月、¥88/年，年档含 3 天免费试用）。
  • 计费方式：订阅通过您的 Apple 账户经 App Store 计费。确认购买后即从您的 Apple 账户扣款。
  • 自动续订：订阅会自动续订，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。续订费用将在当期结束前 24 小时内扣取。
  • 免费试用：如适用，若在免费试用期结束前至少 24 小时未取消，将自动转为付费订阅；试用期未使用部分在购买订阅后失效。
  • 管理与取消：您可随时在 “App Store 账户设置 → 订阅” 中管理或取消订阅。取消将在当前计费周期结束后生效。
  • 退款：购买与退款由 Apple 依据其政策处理，本应用无法直接为您办理 App Store 交易的退款。

5. 用户行为规范

您同意不进行以下行为：违反法律法规；对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或非法侵入；滥用、攻击或干扰服务（含异常高频调用 AI 接口）；利用本应用从事任何非法或侵害他人权益的活动。

6. 知识产权

本应用的界面、设计、商标、代码及自有内容的知识产权归开发者所有。传统典籍、公版经文等公有领域内容不在此限。未经许可，您不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。

7. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内,本应用按“现状”提供，不对其适用性、准确性或不中断性作任何明示或默示担保。对于因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶发或后果性损失，本应用不承担责任。

8. 服务变更与终止

我们可能随时新增、修改或停止部分或全部功能。若您违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务。

9. 协议的修改

我们可能适时修订本协议。重大变更将通过应用更新说明或应用内提示告知。变更后继续使用本应用，即视为接受修订后的协议。

10. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议的订立、解释与争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区）。

Auspice Terms of Service

Welcome to Auspice ("the App"). These Terms constitute an agreement between you and the App's developer regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The App provides a Chinese almanac (yi/ji), solar terms and hours, auspicious-day selection, divination and oracle drawing, BaZi/compatibility calculation, and AI-based interpretation. Certain premium features (e.g., unlimited AI divination interpretation, compatibility/date-selection AI reports) require a membership subscription.

2. Important Disclaimer (Please Read)

  • For cultural and entertainment reference: The almanac, yi/ji, divination, oracle, BaZi, fortune, and date-selection content in the App originate from traditional Chinese folk culture and are provided for cultural and entertainment reference only. They do not represent scientific conclusions or factual predictions.
  • Not professional advice: This content and AI interpretation do not constitute medical, health, legal, financial, investment, marital, or any other professional advice. For significant decisions, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.
  • Your decisions are your own: You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the App's content.

3. About AI Interpretation

  • AI interpretations are generated by a third-party large language model and may contain inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. They are for reference only.
  • Do not enter real names, ID numbers, addresses, bank card numbers, or other sensitive personal information in your questions (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Tiers: Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions (prices as shown in the App Store; currently ¥12/month and ¥88/year, with a 3-day free trial on the annual plan).
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed to your Apple account through the App Store. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Free trial: Where applicable, if not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
  • Manage/Cancel: You can manage or cancel anytime in "App Store Account Settings → Subscriptions." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; the App cannot directly process refunds for App Store transactions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: violate laws or regulations; reverse engineer, decompile, or unlawfully access the App; abuse, attack, or interfere with the service (including abnormally high-frequency calls to AI endpoints); or use the App for any unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, design, trademarks, code, and proprietary content are owned by the developer. Public-domain materials such as classical texts are excepted. You may not copy, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to fitness, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. The App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes and Termination

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via release notes or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
