良辰吉日（以下简称“本应用”）重视用户的隐私与数据安全。本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息。使用或继续使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意本政策。

1. 我们收集的信息

  • 不收集个人身份信息（PII）：本应用没有账户体系，不需要注册或登录，不会收集您的姓名、手机号、邮箱、身份证号、精确位置等可识别个人身份的信息。
  • 设备匿名标识：为了识别您的订阅权益（在卸载重装、更换设备后仍能恢复购买），本应用会在您的设备钥匙串（Keychain）中生成并保存一个随机的匿名标识符。该标识符不含、也无法反推任何个人身份信息，仅用于对接订阅服务。
  • 您主动录入的内容：例如重要日子（生日、纪念日，及可选填的出生时辰）、占卜提问文本等。这些内容默认仅保存在您的设备本地，您可随时删除。

2. 需要联网、会离开设备的功能

本应用绝大多数功能（黄历、节气、时辰、好日子推算、起卦/摇签等）均在您的设备本地完成计算，不联网、不上传。以下两类功能例外，会与服务器通信：

  • AI 解读：当您主动使用占卜或合婚/择日的“AI 解读”时，本应用会将该次的卦象 / 签文 / 择日数据，以及您输入的问题文本，发送至我们的服务器（fortune-api.hezy.tech），由其转发给第三方大语言模型服务（DeepSeek）生成解读后返回。
    • 该传输不附带您的身份标识；服务器仅进行匿名的总量统计与防滥用限流，不建立逐用户档案、不长期留存您的提问内容。
    • 请勿在提问中填写真实姓名、证件号码、住址、银行卡号等敏感个人信息。
  • 订阅：购买、恢复、续订通过 Apple StoreKit 与订阅管理服务 RevenueCat 完成。处理过程中会涉及匿名的购买凭据、上述设备匿名标识、设备型号与系统版本、由 IP 推断的国家/地区等，仅用于校验您的会员权益，不用于广告或画像。
  • iCloud 同步（可选）：若您开启 iCloud 同步，本应用通过您自己的 iCloud 账户，在您的私有 iCloud 数据库之间同步重要日子、收藏、历史等数据。数据保存在您的 Apple 账户名下，我们无法访问。您可在系统“设置”中关闭。

3. 信息的使用方式

我们仅将上述数据用于：

  • 提供黄历、择日、占卜解读等核心功能；
  • 校验与恢复您的订阅会员权益；
  • 在您开启时，跨您本人的设备同步数据。

我们不会将您的数据用于广告、商业画像，也不会出售或与无关第三方共享。

为实现上述功能，本应用使用以下第三方服务（均不用于广告追踪）：

本应用未集成任何广告 SDK，也未集成会收集用户行为用于追踪的分析工具。

5. 信息的存储与传输

  • 本地存储：偏好设置、重要日子、收藏、占卜历史等保存在设备本地（UserDefaults / 钥匙串）。
  • 加密传输：所有联网请求均通过 HTTPS 加密传输。
  • 最小化留存：服务器侧仅保留匿名的聚合用量，用于成本与防滥用控制，不留存可识别个人身份的内容。

6. 权限说明

为实现部分功能，本应用可能会向系统请求以下权限，均为可选，拒绝不影响其他功能：

  • 通讯录：仅当您选择“从通讯录导入生日”或“将生日写回通讯录”时访问，且只读取/写入生日相关字段，不会上传您的通讯录。
  • 通知：用于重要日子的到期提醒。

您可随时在系统“设置”中变更或撤回上述授权。

7. 我们如何保护您的信息

  • 最小化原则：仅处理提供功能所必需的数据，不建立账户体系。
  • 无追踪：不进行跨应用/跨网站“追踪”，不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不展示广告。

本应用不针对儿童提供任何单独功能，也不收集儿童的个人信息。如您为监护人并认为我们误收集了未成年人的信息，请与我们联系以便处理。

9. 您的权利

  • 删除数据：卸载本应用即可清除全部设备本地数据。
  • iCloud 数据：可在系统“设置 → Apple 账户 → iCloud”中管理或删除。
  • 订阅管理：可随时在 App Store 账户设置中查看、管理或取消订阅。

Auspice ("the App") respects your privacy and the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using or continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): The App has no account system and requires no registration or login. We do not collect your name, phone number, email, ID number, or precise location.
  • Anonymous device identifier: To recognize your subscription entitlement (so purchases can be restored after reinstalling or switching devices), the App generates and stores a random anonymous identifier in your device Keychain. It contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to you; it is used solely to connect to the subscription service.
  • Content you enter: Such as important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, and an optional birth hour) and divination question text. This content is stored locally on your device by default and can be deleted at any time.

2. Features That Require Network Access and Leave the Device

Almost all features (almanac, solar terms, hours, auspicious-day selection, casting/drawing) are computed locally on your device without any network access. The following two exceptions communicate with a server:

  • AI Interpretation: When you actively use AI interpretation for divination or compatibility/date selection, the App sends that session's hexagram / oracle / date-selection data and your question text to our server (fortune-api.hezy.tech), which forwards it to a third-party large language model service (DeepSeek) to generate the interpretation.
    • This transmission does not include any identifier of you; the server only performs anonymous aggregate usage counting and abuse rate-limiting. It does not build per-user profiles or retain your question content long-term.
    • Please do not include real names, ID numbers, addresses, bank card numbers, or other sensitive personal information in your questions.
  • Subscriptions: Purchases, restores, and renewals are handled through Apple StoreKit and the subscription-management service RevenueCat. This involves anonymous purchase receipts, the anonymous device identifier above, device model and OS version, and IP-derived country/region, used solely to verify your membership entitlement — never for advertising or profiling.
  • iCloud Sync (optional): If enabled, the App syncs important dates, collections, and history across your own private iCloud databases using your Apple account. The data resides under your Apple account and is not accessible to us. You can disable it in system Settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data only to:

  • Provide core features such as the almanac, date selection, and AI interpretation;
  • Verify and restore your subscription entitlement;
  • Sync data across your own devices when you enable it.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with unrelated third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide the features above, the App uses the following third-party services (none for ad tracking):

The App integrates no advertising SDKs and no behavior-tracking analytics tools.

5. Storage and Transmission

  • Local storage: Preferences, important dates, collections, and history are stored locally (UserDefaults / Keychain).
  • Encrypted transmission: All network requests use HTTPS.
  • Minimal retention: The server retains only anonymous aggregate usage for cost and abuse control, with no retention of personally identifiable content.

6. Permissions

To enable certain features, the App may request the following permissions. All are optional; declining does not affect other features:

  • Contacts: Accessed only when you choose to "import birthdays from Contacts" or "write a birthday back to Contacts," reading/writing only birthday-related fields. Your contacts are never uploaded.
  • Notifications: Used for reminders about important dates.

You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in system Settings.

7. How We Protect Your Information

  • Data minimization: We process only the data necessary to provide features, with no account system.
  • No tracking: No cross-app/cross-site "tracking," no advertising identifier (IDFA), and no ads.

8. Children's Privacy

The App offers no features specifically for children and does not collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected a minor's information, please contact us.

9. Your Rights

  • Delete data: Uninstalling the App clears all local data.
  • iCloud data: Manage or delete via system Settings → Apple Account → iCloud.
  • Subscription management: View, manage, or cancel at any time in your App Store account settings.
